Not knowing how to cook...

I saw this clip years ago - I think it was a special feature on the Once Upon a Time in Mexico DVD. I've used that quote about not knowing how to cook since then.

If you've never heard of Robert Rodriguez, he's the man who directed Desperado, Sin City, Fom Dusk Till Dawn and... erm, Spy Kids 1-4. Anyway, he knows his way around food and he gives some good advice on how to get started in the kitchen.
