2. Dancing
It is good practice for when you're pregnant. Dancing is a great way to exercise. You can get a wonderful job and it's great fun to dance to your favorite tunes! You can even do this yourself if you are alone. Be sure not to breakdance, or any where you may risk injury!
3. Run
Walking is very simple, but still one of the most popular ways to exercise. By taking a simple way around the neighborhood, you can get fresh air, enjoy the sights and smells of the environment, and of course, get a good job-out. Usually works better if you walk with others. If you do not have someone to walk along, trying to bring an MP3 player or radio to listen to. Without anything to keep you company during the run, you'll quickly get bored.
4. Exercise Bike
Not many people have an exercise bike as it once was, but for those who do, this is another way to exercise during your pregnancy. It really can give a good workout, and you pretty much live in the same place. Just make sure to listen to music or watching TV. This makes it much easier! If you do not have a bike, regular bike is an option, but you must be very careful.
5. Yoga Class
Have you ever tried yoga? If not, how can it be? Yoga is a great way to relax and exercise. In fact, many places offer yoga classes specifically for those who are pregnant. In addition to exercise, it is also a great way to meet other expectant mothers and make new friends.
