Tameka Raymond has never threatened to kill Usher.
You can't fault her for saying "I will fuck you up", in the heat of the moment of an argument what ever comes out, simply comes out. That doesn't mean she threatened to take his life.
Usher and Tameka have been going through a bitter legal fight over custody of their two young children
Tameka took the stand and was questioned by Usher's attorney about her verbal and abusive threat towards the singer where they falsely accuse her of saying "I will kill you both," referring to Usher and his current girlfriend.
Tameka admitted to saying, "I did probably, out of anger, say 'I will fuck you up' and it's not acceptable."
Tameka claims the menacing statement was a result of Usher gallivanting in and out of town with his new sixty four year old girlfriend which was "embarrassing" for her in such a tight knit community.
The trial will continue next week.
